Confirmation of registration

For classroom training, your seat is guaranteed should payment be received at least three weeks prior to the course date.
For web-based training, your seat is guaranteed should payment be received at least two weeks prior to the course date.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies for classroom training:

  1. Cancellation and / or reschedule requests must be received in writing by email. Interactivi will reply with written acknowledgement.
  2. Attendees must cancel more than 10 business days prior to the course date in order to receive a full refund.
  3. Rescheduling a classroom training is permitted with at least 10 days advance notice. You will be credited toward a future onsite, based upon your availability and Interactivi training agenda.
  4. Substitutions of attendee may be made at any time.
  5. Interactivi reserves the right to cancel training at any time. If Interactivi cancels the onsite training due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Interactivi control, you are entitled to a full refund of the course fee, or your course fee can be credited toward a future onsite, based upon your availability and Interactivi training schedule. Interactivi is not responsible for travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancelation.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies for web-based training:

  1. Substitutions of attendee may be made at any time.
  2. Cancellation and / or reschedule requests must be received in writing by email. Interactivi will reply with written acknowledgement.
  3. If you cancel more than 5 business days prior to the first day of training, your training fee will be fully refunded.
  4. Request to reschedule are accepted with a minimum of 24 hours notice. You will be credited toward a future web-based training, based upon your availability and Interactivi training schedule.
